Ana de la Reguera and Ana Gasteyer Bio
Ana Kristina Gasteyer was born in the US. She is a performer, actor, comedian and vocalist. She is most famous for having been a regular participant of NBC's sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live between 1996 until 2002. Since then, she has appeared on sitcoms, including ABC's Suburgatory TBS People of Earth NBC American Auto as well as the film Mean Girls. Gasteyer was a student in Northwestern University when she began her acting career. She first studied as majoring in voice, but then moved to theater studies when she joined the university's improv group. This spirit followed Gasteyer through several roles, including her overly controlling Sheila Shay in Suburgatory or the odd Karen Grisham on Lady Dynamite. She was a part of film telenovelas, including such as the HBO television show Eastbound & Down and Capadocia the Amazon television series Goliath and the 2006 comedy Nacho Libre. Reguera was born in Veracruz in Mexico, was born on September 14 the 14th of September, 1982. Her mother, Nena of la Reguera, was a Miss Veracruz who became a journalist and television personality. Reguera began taking classes in classic ballet and later took up performance studies at the Instituto Veracruzano de la Cultura.
